Finally getting chronology in order
Listening to Deutsche Welle Radio as I often do in the mornings -
so strange that it is not Germany that looms in the future, but Israel. The entire orientation of my body, my imaginings must re-calibrate, different climate, latitude, rhythm, color.
Not sure I’ll ever find a language as musical, as gentle to the ear, as German.
